Taiwan Trip Day 1
Right.. will update as regularly as I can… Basically reached airport at like 6.. took the 8am flight reached Taipei at 1pm.. Yes.. my first ever time in Taiwan…
Travelled for like an hour.. and reached our hotel in Dan Shui.. China Trust Hotel… here’s some of the things I saw along the way..
Well.. my prayers for a not so hot day were answered.. it rained the moment we got there…

Sharing room with Jessel again.. and honestly.. our room is really quite small.. even smaller than the one in Japan.. but well.. at least it’s a hotel.. so I’m not complaining.. that’s Matt by the way.. the one in black.. he’s gonna play acoustic guitar for us in both our Taipei leg of this trip… cool guy…
After grabbing a quick bite.. we headed to the auditorium in this school that we are gonna have our meetings to do our sound check..
This is gonna be my rig for this leg of the trip at least.. Trace Elliot amp.. long time no use.. haha..
After a lon sound check and prac session we headed to Ying Zun night market, which is a short drive from our hotel..

We then went into this shop where they had one of the tastiest noodles I’ve ever eaten.. along with huge meatballs.. it’s called Yi Mian apparently.. looks like thinner mee pok.. but times nicer than any bak chor mee back home man..
And I’ve finally tasted it.. Xue Pian.. or Mango Snow Ice… Man.. no words can describe how good it is.. haha..
Yeah.. The boss even gave us a peanut version of the shaved ice for free.. WHoo!!!
Well, yeah.. this pretty much sums up my first day in Taiwan.. Tomorrow is where the camp begins.. but thank God can get a little rest before the first session.. it only starts at night.. yeah.. but after that it’s chiong all the way.. So yeah..
